He grew up in the Lake Chatuge Valley (Towns County GA & Hayesville NC) and is involved in the small town fabric of life. He also has vast experience with Lake, Waterfront, Luxury, land developing, 1031 tax deferred exchanges and Hunting & Fishing properties.
