Lake Blue Ridge

Lake Blue Ridge is a man made Tennessee Valley Authority lake located just a few miles East of Blue Ridge, Georgia. Lake Blue Ridge has approximately 3,290 acres of surface area and 65 miles of shoreline with only about 25% developed in private ownership. The lake fluctuates in water level due to the management policy of the TVA the same as Lake Chatuge and Lake Nottley. The difference in Summer high water and winter draw downs are approximately 20 feet.

Lake Blue Ridge offers great boating, skiing and fishing activities. Blue Ridge is a beautiful lake with some of the highest value lake front property in North Georgia and Western North Carolina. Lake Blue Ridge is only about an hour’s drive from the northern suburbs of Atlanta and approximately 10 minutes from down town Blue Ridge.
